The Blue People

I look like a big blue chunk of salty, swishy wavey water.
I live by the little light brown soft sand land.
I’m special because microscopic fishes
swish and swim inside of me.
My job is swishing side to side
and making water waves.
I love little laughing children yelling, “Ha, ha, ha”
and orange fish surrounding the itsy,
bitsy teen tiny toys.
The hard thing is when 50,000 people are crowded in me
and my fantastic blue water.
My super good friends are the little loud children who visit every day.
I am afraid of cold weather turning me into thick ice
and making me freeze.
I dream about it always being sunny where I live.
I was born by more big blue chunks of water.
I hope I never disappear.
Did you guess yet?
I am the ocean.
