Whether it’s something we used to do that we’re doing more of, something new, a project, a book, a game, a particular kind of tea…Share what is sustaining you, spelling it out in calligraphy, a voice recording, a photograph or sketch, a bit of embroidery, write a song about it, playdough sculpture?
